Booking terms

You choose dates and guests on the home’s page and the booking is completed on the Lodgify booking platform, which shows the final price before you pay and sends the confirmation by e-mail. If you book on another platform (Airbnb, Booking.com or others), its terms also apply.

If there is a direct-channel promotional code, it is applied in that same process.

Each home has its own terms, shown on its page before booking: cancellation policy, security deposit and house rules. Those that apply to your stay are the ones in force when you book.

The law requires every guest to be registered. You will receive a CheKin link to do it online before arrival; access to the home is provided with an electronic lock code for the dates of your booking.

Your data is processed as explained in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence.
